GFP – 100 Pearl Street, New York, NY

We were tasked with a comprehensive streetscape upgrade combining accessibility, security, and flood protection in a single coordinated scope. We replaced sidewalks and curbs throughout — regrading slopes and corners and installing detectable warning mats to bring the surrounding area into full ADA compliance. For security, we installed 31 stationary and 7 removable bollards at the street-level entrances. For resilience, we added a fully detachable Aqua-Fence flood-protection system, giving the building a robust defense against rising water. Three objectives — access, security, and flood resilience — delivered as one sequenced scope.
